TrustTails is an informational static website. We collect very little data, we do not sell it, and we are straightforward about what happens when you visit.

This site has no user accounts, no login forms, no purchase flows, and no advertising network. There is very little information we could collect even if we wanted to.
When your browser requests a page, our web host automatically records the page URL, your browser type, referring URL, and IP address. This is standard HTTP access-log behaviour. Logs are retained for a short period for security and debugging purposes only, then discarded.
We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as a self-hosted or cookieless solution) to understand aggregate page traffic — for example, which pages are visited most. If we do, no personally identifiable profiles are built and no data is sold or shared with advertisers.
If you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.
This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Our web hosting provider may set a minimal session or security cookie as part of serving content — this is technical infrastructure only and does not track you across other websites. If you use an analytics-blocking browser extension, it will not affect your ability to read this site.
This site links to third-party platforms including X (Twitter), Telegram, and Solscan. Each of those platforms operates under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their data practices. Please review their policies before sharing personal information there.
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted personal information via email, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests can be resolved quickly. Email [email protected] with your request and we will respond within 30 days.
TrustTails is pre-launch. We will never DM you first on Telegram or X, request your wallet seed phrase, or run a private presale. Any account claiming to offer early TAIL tokens or asking for wallet access is a scam. Our only official channels are listed on the Community page and in the Is it legit? guide.
